my response to the covid-19 crisis
I’ve been working on distributed teams for years, so the move to online is not that big of a change for me. During the COVID-19 crisis I’m offering 20 to 45-minute consultations at no charge to anyone who is struggling with team organization, communi-cation, alignment, and accountability during this sudden change.
During our call, I will bring everything I know to bear on whatever challenges you’re facing; about working remotely, distributing authority while maintaining accountability, improving organizational agility, reducing decision making cycle time, how to develop leadership internally, and way to adapt to change safely. I can provide examples and success stories related to:

All of these concepts have specific meanings that can be measured and I teach specific behaviors to enact them in your organization.

My philosophy has always been to be of service and provide value to others. Some of these calls will result in paid consulting work and referrals to others. In every case, I want to leave you with the resources to improve how you work, regardless of if you hire me.
